Nurse Mia is a Cosmetic Specialty Nurse and Nurse Manager at The Cosmetic Clinic, where she leads with expertise, artistry, and compassion. Originally from Cornwall, Ontario, Mia moved to Ottawa to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Ottawa, later expanding her professional foundation with a Business Degree from the University of Guelph. With a background in Oncology and Education, Mia has spent her career mentoring healthcare professionals and fostering excellence in clinical practice. At The Cosmetic Clinic, she leads and supports our team of Cosmetic Specialty Nurses, helping them refine their skills and grow with confidence. Mia is dedicated to lifelong learning and is constantly expanding her expertise through aesthetic training across Canada and abroad. She proudly serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses (CSASN) and loves sharing her knowledge as a speaker and educator. From a young age, Chelsey had a passion for art and beauty. In high school, she took on a major in art at the arts high school in her hometown. Her love for art, beauty and science grew together very organically as she continued to pursue each discipline.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology, with honours at Nipissing University in North Bay, Ontario. This built her fundamental knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biochemistry of the human body. Chelsey then pursued her own cosmetic artistry business after becoming educated by some of the industry’s leading skin and cosmetic companies. After doing that, she completed another bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing also at Nipissing University. During this time, she maintained her cosmetic business and even attended the Mario Dedivanovic Masterclass in New York City.

Completing her nursing degree in a private cosmetic surgery facility, Chelsey then became certified in neuromodulator and filler injections in Barrie, Ontario. She obtained even further certification in advanced neuromodulator and dermal filler injections in Toronto, Ontario.

Chelsey is committed to cosmetic injecting with her strong understanding of biology, beauty, pharmaceuticals and safe nursing work. She marries this knowledge with a precise eye for facial harmony, exceptional communication skills and a warm and caring attitude. Luiza, originally from Brazil, brings her vibrant energy and expertise to our clinic. In 2016, she ventured to Canada, driven by her passion for studying, pursuing her dream career, and embracing a new lifestyle. Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, Luisa is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our diverse clientele.

Luiza’s educational journey led her to The University of Ottawa, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Throughout her time in nursing school, she gained valuable experience in the Cosmetic industry as a medical assistant, further expanding her knowledge in the field.

Following her graduation, Luiza honed her skills at The Ottawa Hospital, specializing in Radiation Oncology. Simultaneously, she completed her comprehensive training as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector ensuring her expertise in delivering top-quality treatments.

Nurse Malorie is a Cosmetic Specialty Nurse at The Cosmetic Clinic’s Kanata–Stittsville location. Originally from Brockville, she moved to Ottawa to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began her career in acute care at The Ottawa Hospital in 2017. This early experience helped shape her strong foundation in patient safety, clinical precision, and thoughtful, evidence-informed care.

Malorie has always been passionate about personal wellness, beauty treatments and preventative health, which naturally led her to explore medical aesthetics five years ago. What began as an interest in helping people feel confident in their skin grew into a deeper passion for women’s hormonal health and the broader connection between wellness and appearance. This inspired her to pursue her Master of Nursing-Nurse Practitioner degree, with graduation expected in August 2026, where she plans to further specialize in this area.

Malorie is dedicated to creating natural, balanced results that align with each patient’s goals.

Patients consistently describe her as warm, reassuring, and attentive. Whether she is explaining treatment options, answering questions, or developing a personalized plan, she focuses on helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident at every step.
